Alpha Basement Finishing began as a division of Alpha Remodeling, but is now evolving into its own specialty remodeling company. With more than 20 years of experience in remodeling, fire and flood restoration, and mold remediation, we have gained tremendous knowledge and experience in basement finishing.

Alpha has served as an approved insurance contractor for over 100 water damage restoration projects. We have witnessed how floods, broken pipes, washing machine hose breaks, and sewage back ups have caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage to finished basements. We have seen how mold and mildew can render a nicely finished basement useless. The negative financial and emotional impact experienced by our clients led us to ask, “Is there a better way to finish a basement to prevent or minimize this?” That question was the start of years of research, development, and testing of the DuraDry basement wall system.
